Subject: Product End-Of-Life Notification for Customers

To:  Enphase End Users, Installers, Online Sales, Distributors, OEMs, Fleet Partners, Existing ClipperCreek Customers and Partners, Enphase Sales Teams

Change Type: Major

Description of Change:

This serves as a formal notification of our decision to End of Life the ClipperCreek AZE and AZF Models, whose SKUs are listed below in this document. All relevant SKUs that remain orderable from Enphase are also listed in this document. This End-of-Life decision on these products was made as part of Enphase’s ongoing product lifecycle management process. The table below provides replacement SKUs to fulfill your requirements after the discontinuation of these products. The SKU descriptions highlight the specific changes in bold text for your quick reference. The replacement SKUs are competitively priced.

Section 1: Summary of Major Changes
Terminating AZE and AZF product families to replace them with a new portable product

Section 2: End of Life for SKUs with a Last Time Buy of November 15, 2022

RMA Support:
A.  RMA Support for products being discontinued will use the replacement SKUs as mentioned
B.  End-Of-Life SKU will no longer be shipped out for replacements.

Customer Support:
Enphase will continue to provide support for those who buy or already own these End-Of-Life SKUs.

Qualification Status:
Replacement products are available to order from Enphase.

Sample Status:
Replacement products are in production today. Please contact your local Sales representative if you need samples.

Approximate Implementation Date: This change is effective with this notification.

Last Time Buy: The LTB dates for SKUs in Section 2 are November 15, 2022

Last Time Ship: The LTS dates for SKUs in Section 2 are January 31, 2023

Anticipated Impact: None
