Federal Tax Credit 2021

Purchasing an EV Charging Station in 2022? If so, we have great news for you!

Congress recently extended the federal tax credit for those who purchase environmentally responsible transportation, including costs for EV charging infrastructure.

Federal tax credit covers 30% (up to $1,000 per unit) of the cost for individual/residential use and 6% (up to $100,000 per unit) for commercial use.

This Federal Tax Credit began in 2017, and is now extended retroactively to 12/31/2032. For details of this bill visit: https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/5376 or consult with a tax professional to see how you can take advantage of this incentive today!

Our video (made in late 2020) goes over the incentives on a more in-depth level. Please click here for video transcript and timestamps.
